Durrës Yachts Marina, Albania

(FIDIC Red Book) | 2026–Present | Residential & Marine Infrastructure Development

Oversight of ground improvement works, structural construction, and infrastructure development for residential and marina facilities. Acting as the Engineer’s Representative under FIDIC Conditions, administering the Contract, reviewing contractor submissions, conducting site inspections, and ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Scarborough Subway / TTC – Canada

Senior Engineer / Subcontractor Manager | 2021–2024 | Urban Infrastructure

Management and supervision of foundation works, structural elements, and site operations on a major urban transit infrastructure project in Toronto, including subcontractor coordination, construction sequencing, and assurance of compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules.
